Dicalcium Phosphate DCP

Di-Calcium Phosphate Feed Grade is used as raw material for manufacturing Poultry Feed and Cattle Feed. They have the maximum bioavailability to keep the animals healthy.

Dicalcium phosphate is the calcium phosphate with the formula CaHPO₄ and its dihydrate. The "di" prefix in the common name arises because the formation of the HPO₄2– anion involves the removal of two protons from phosphoric acid, H₃PO₄. It is also known as dibasic calcium phosphate or calcium mono hydrogen phosphate

Dibasic calcium phosphate is mainly used as a dietary supplement in prepared breakfast cereals, dog treats, enriched flour, and noodle products. It is also used as a tabletting agent in some pharmaceutical preparations, including some products meant to eliminate body odour.

DCP in poultry feed: dicalcium phosphate feed grade
DCP (feed grade) is derived from phosphate rock, in a carefully controlled thermochemical process that enhances biological availability, drives off fluorine and physical conditions the product for feed mixing.

Dicalcium phosphate for cattle: Calcium phosphates, the most widely used phosphate supplements, supply essential minerals for the development of strong teeth and bones in livestock, poultry, and pets. Feed-grade calcium phosphates include dicalcium phosphate (DCP), monocalcium phosphate (MCP), and tricalcium phosphate (TCP)

Feed grade dicalcium phosphate: The supernatant liquid containing monocalcium phosphate is treated with lime to obtain dicalcium phosphate and calcium chloride which is discarded as a by-product. Phosphoric acids which are obtained on acidification of natural phosphates are purified and then neutralized to produce dicalcium phosphate.

Dicalcium phosphate is used in various applications such as the animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, and food industry. It is widely used in the animal feed industry owing to various properties such as ease in feed digestibility and improved nutritional quality.

We are the leading provider of Dicalcium Phosphate. These products are identified amid patrons for their noticeable features such as longer life, durability and nominal cost.
